“I had yet another positive and productive visit to my newer PCP! When your doctor leaves, and a new one comes, you don’t know what to expect. I am very pleased with my new provider Heather Lonardo. She is super quick, friendly, efficient, and you can tell that she truly cares for her patients and her practice at large. I mentioned the chairs being comfy in the waiting room, and that I thought they were new, and she mentioned being the one to make that new positive enhancement to the space! That’s someone that not only takes initiative in the dr appointment, but contributes to the big picture and entire practice at large. Her bedside manner is professional, and comforting. She’ll put the lights off knowing I usually have a migraine. Her cards have large print so it’s easier to see too! She notices and connects symptoms and issues to how she engages in the visit! That’s not super common with my experiences. Her expectations of her entire practice are high, it’s evident, and I really appreciate that, and take comfort in that. Trust is so important in a patient provider relationship. I noticed some not so great reviews, and am so surprised… maybe they were just those particular experiences since most of the time the upset people are more inclined to post a review? I loved the festive and cheery decorations in the room, and all the staff at the front desk, and inside helping with insurance were so kind to me!! When you have chronic pain, migraines, vision , balance issues…. Going to the dr can be stressful. Here, it is the least amount of stressful I have been seeing a doctor, and I am confident in being a patient here.“
