    I believe this is one of the best Edge in CT. The equipment at this Edge I have not seen anywhere else. In addition, their cardio selection is quite large. The staff are all friendly and the facility is generally very clean. Lastly, machine are never out of service for too long. Overall solid gym.

    I’ve been a member at The Edge Fitness Clubs for many years now, and overall it’s been a consistently positive experience. The staff are always professional, courteous, and helpful, which really makes a difference in creating a welcoming environment.

    The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and there’s a great variety of equipment and classes to choose from. It’s clear that effort goes into keeping things running smoothly.

    One suggestion for improvement would be to introduce new equipment more evenly across locations, so all members can benefit from updates. It would also be great if the club highlighted when new equipment is added...read full review

    This location is big, clean, and staff is friendly.

    I highly recommend Daniells Flores as a personal trainer. He is knowledgeable and very effective in his approach. He was attentive to my needs and was able to easily adjust exercises to accommodate my previous surgery. He is highly motivated- he will text you to hold you accountable with your workout and nutrition plan. Not only is he skilled, but he is also very fun— you will have a blast while working on your fitness! He is also great at teaching and explaining all sorts of exercises in a way that makes sense to you. Thanks again for the being an instrumental part of my weight loss journey!
