I have been training with Matt for 8 weeks now. Not only does Matt take the time to evaluate your current physical condition, but he fully customizes core workouts that make you maximize your fitness potential. I started at 290 lbs. Matt has me down to 268 lbs after my first 6 weeks. I can’t stress to you enough about how amazing Matt is. The science, the knowledge and the dedication behind his work is second to none!!!
