“I am so grateful for the care Elliott received at Old Lyme Veterinary Hospital. From the very beginning, the team was thoughtful about my financial situation and did everything they could to help. They kept the cost reasonable and clearly explained Elliott’s dental condition so I fully understood what was needed.
The surgery went very smoothly, and afterward they gave me clear, easy-to-follow instructions on how to give him his pain medication. You can tell that everyone here genuinely loves animals and truly wants to help both the pets and their people.
This experience not only took excellent care of Elliott but also greatly reduced the financial stress I was under. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you for everything!”

“You come away from Animal Hospital of Old Saybrook feeling like the entire team -- from reception, to vet techs, to Dr. Shrack -- love your pet as much as you do. Great folks. And we've had to be there a lot in the last few years with an aging pup.”

“My cat is the sweetest thing, however, he turns into a demon kitty, when he goes to the vet
I mean, he is AWFUL, it's embarrassing, he growls & hisses, and tries to bite!
Despite his bad behavior, they always welcome him, with open arms, and provide the best care possible
I cannot say enough good things about this place
Everyone is SO nice, and Robin & Mallory r the best! I wouldn't take my cat, anywhere else
They really care ❤”
