Despite all the difficulties, Charleston and Tiago stayed within budget, had a solution for every unexpected issue for which they were not responsible. They also have an excellent taste ! They work with competent teams. The atmosphere on the site was efficient and reassuring. I also greatly appreciated the ease of communication with them. They never got upset and were always courteous. If I renovate another house, it is not conceivable to use another company.“

Carlos gave me a starting point by asking me a few questions about what I wanted for my new bathroom and it took off from there. I went online and viewed the most expensive bathrooms I could find and found less expensive materials to copy the designs. Carlos gave lots of great input along the way- some things I had not thought of. He was extremely timely, and stayed in contact with me daily- keeping me informed.
