A handful of the staff is extremely unprofessional. Its really disappointing as this make the entire practice look badly. Unfortunate for the staff there who actually care about their patients well being.

There was a new nurse, I don’t know her name but she does not know what she is doing. She try taking my blood pressure 3 times and still can’t read it even I can hear it pounding outside. She pumped the pressure up to 180 and my arm was literally hurting and she kept talking when she was taking it and was like I still can’t hear anything.

There is a nurse named Kimberly and she always acts like you are inconveniencing her. I had to get a shot at one of my visits and she let out a big sigh when she was told she had to give it to me. Several other patients in the waiting room were saying the same thing about her. The other staff members are great but she is sarcastic and talks down to you.
