Hartford HealthCare Medical Group provides excellent care with knowledgeable and caring therapists. The staff is friendly and skilled, ensuring quick recovery. While appointment scheduling can be challenging due to limited OT availability, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive. Patients appreciate the helpful and informative approach of the therapists, resulting in successful recoveries and high recommendations.
The therapist (OT) was wonderful. I have no complaints there. It’s just a little challenging to get in for appointments in a timely manner. I assume this is because there isn’t a large number of OTs.
Experienced, educated, polite. Only criticism is they are extremely under staffed, I was prescribed by my physician for PT twice a week for 6 weeks. First 3 months was once every 2 weeks with 3 different therapist. Best bet is with U tube.
My experience was overwhelmingly fantastic. My therapist was knowledgeable, caring, and considerate. Everyone from the front desk on was great. Thanks to the staff I have recovered quickly. Can't thank them all enough.
