I'd been dealing with mice and trapping them myself for many, many years, and hated having them get in the basement. Toni was professional and efficient. I still cannot believe that I have NO MICE, where ordinarily I would start seeing (or hearing) mice activity by mid-October, or when I turned the heat on. I am thrilled beyond words.
