Toni was here this past summer to locate and plug up exterior tiny holes around the foundation where mice could squeeze in. Total of 2 visits. I'd been dealing with mice and trapping them myself for many, many years, and hated having them get in the basement. Toni was professional and efficient. I still cannot believe that I have NO MICE, where ordinarily I would start seeing (or hearing) mice activity by mid-October, or when I turned the heat on. I am thrilled beyond words. I'm really doing a happy dance. Toni's service is far, far better than paying overpriced services that bait and poison mice, but do nothing to deal with the problem on a permanent basis.

After having paid for rodent bait traps every 4 weeks or so for about 18 months to two different pest control companies, both of which insisted that the droppings and disturbance in the attic were from mice or rats, I decided to call All About Bats and Wildlife. They came out, looked at the droppings in the attic and told me that these are certainly not from mice or rats but bat droppings! I finally got a company that knows what they are doing! And, they tackled the problem by exclusion measures (i.e. preventing the bats from coming in in the first place) rather then the rent seeking measures of the two other companies! If you need animal removal in Connecticut, I highly recommend All About Bats. I heard about them from a friend, and I'm so glad I hired them. Jimmy was extremely hard-working and patient about catching and removing an entire family of woodchucks -- five of them. And Toni in the main office was speedy and helpful with answering questions along the way. Now my vegetable garden is thriving and we're getting tomatoes without critters getting to them first. Mission accomplished!
