I was surprised to see so many negative reviews here. I've been going to New England Eyecare for over ten years and have been quite satisfied. My best theory is that happy customers aren't coming to Yelp to review. Also, some of the customer service issues from several years ago are regarding staff that have long since left. Both doctors are thorough and courteous. Cynthia at the front desk is a perfect mix of professionalism and warmth. My only negative would be shared by almost any brick-and-mortar eyeglass store. The prices for frames aren't great if you don't have a vision plan like VSP. But I think they're competitive with businesses of this type.

Cynthia was great. She had so much acknowledgment on every situation including reaching out to other eye doctors to get my mother a prescription. The doctor was excellent explained everything from the beginning to the end and my whole family receive their classes within a week I recommend them to anyone and they did not discriminate against Husky

I have been going to New England Eye Care for all my eye care needs since I moved to Connecticut over ten years ago. The staff and Dr’s provide such professionalism. My visits are always pleasant and informative.
