We were awaiting a new company to service our furnace. They explained to me they were very busy, but would let us know as soon an opening came up. Then that day we had a leak which got more as the day went on. Finally I called the on call at 9:30pm I’m sure the owner called back and said we’ll be there at 8am next day.
