The people over at Pet Shield have always been great for me. Super helpful, accessible, understanding, responsive, transparent. If I didn't live in town I would still bring my cat here.

Recently switched to Pet Shield to explore possible holistic methods & other opinions regarding my cat’s digestion/allergies. My cat’s sneezing which suddenly developed took top billing. From the inception of booking the apptmt & procuring information on costs/services/food brand availability, I was impressed. Drew was very patient, friendly & informative. The hospital is spacious & spotless & looks brand new. I was pleasantly surprised that cats have their own dedicated room! There’s the plug-ins with the pheromones to put kitties at ease & all posters & pamphlets targeted just towards felines. Alexis, the vet tech, is superb!! I wish I had become affiliated with Pet Shield years ago. The staff is wonderful. The facility is clean and I enjoy going there. The doctor is very informative and speaks so that completely understand what is going on.
