I highly recommend SCORE for your physical therapy needs. I had two rotator cuff surgeries over the past five years and Chris the physical therapist did an amazing job to help me with my recovery both times. I had bilateral rotator cuff surgery within 6 months & am in rehab at Score in Woodbury Ct.
Rehab has been challenging due to limited ROM, lack of strength & partial frozen shoulder.
Chris is superior in his field, an exemplary physical therapist committed & dedicated to excellent care.
