Connecticut Children's Physical Therapy - Danbury

My daughter had her first Occupational Therapy appointment at the 105-C location in Danbury on 6/10/26 at 9:40a.m. We arrived on time, but the door was locked. We then went to the 105-A office, where an employee called the receptionist to let them know we had arrived.

Unfortunately, the receptionist did not greet us or make us feel welcome. She simply asked for our names with an unfriendly attitude. While we waited, she spoke loudly on her cell phone about her personal life, which was unprofessional in a waiting room setting. We sat there for quite a while, and at no point did she acknowledge the delay or let us know that someone would be with us shortly.
