I had a great experience here. I originally went to Target to get my glasses because it was closer to home and they said they took my insurance. When I got there and had the exam, they paid for the exam but not the glasses. So I took the script to Walmart and got the glasses through the insurance at Walmart. If I had known it would be all that trouble I would have gone to Walmart in the first place. Their staff was incredibly friendly and didn't mind helping me even though the script came from somewhere else and my insurance paid for everything. Next time, just go to Walmart first. Lesson learned.
I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Justyna at the glasses center. She was very professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs glasses or eye care.
Wow—what a great experience! Carlo, the new manager, was absolutely amazing. This was my first time trying Walmart for eyewear, and I was thoroughly impressed. Carlo wasn’t pushy at all; he took the time to explain the different types of progressive lenses and helped me find the best option. I ended up paying the price for two pairs that I usually pay for one at my regular place! When I picked them up, they were perfect—I absolutely love my Coach frames at half the price. Thank you, Walmart and Carlo! I’ll definitely be back and will be telling everyone I know!
