Mark the owner is usually upfront making sure everyone is treated like family, which is deeply valuable, especially when your nervous like I was. I was extremely nervous about getting botox done since it was not something I ever wanted done. I went to the dentist and found out all the pain I was having was actually TMJ, which is causing me to clench so hard I am physically cracking my teeth. If I didnt take care of the TMJ, I could put my teeth in jeopardy and loose them. I was recommended to go to Radiance med spa in Avon. I called and Mark was very informative and calming and made me feel comfortable and confident making the decision to get the procedure done there. When I entered the spa I felt a warm welcome with an elegant yet relaxing environment. HJ was my tech an she was extremely informative. She took her time to answer all your questions and explained in detail how the process works with injection all the way to healing, while keeping the environment relaxed and comfortable. She really took the time to explain everything all with a smile the whole time. Since my procedure I have seen many results and having a pain-free jaw which was worth it all. 100% go to this medspa you will not regret your experience.
