“Oh Mandy, Mandy, Mandy!....Hah! I had my very first massage at Harmony here in Southington yesterday afternoon. Now coming from someone who was a Massage Therapist back in the day....Mandy was simply amazing. She listened to my detailed areas of concern and she literally hit every spot. She also asked me how deep I would like my massage to be, and I replied with deep but not to deep because I want to enjoy it as well. Lol Her pressure was absolutely on point. Not only was Mandy super sweet but the whole staff was is as well. Now I know it's not fair because I haven't had anyone else, but when I do return, Mandy will be my choice 110%. Thank you again! “I went to Aria a few months back to get Botox to try to fix my forehead after being hurt overseas during my time in the service. For 10 Years I had shrapnel in my head that killed all of the muscles in my forehead and caused my eyes to droop really bad causing horrible headaches and vision problems. Not to mention I hated the way it looked and was always a constant reminder of the worst day of my life. It has been a nightmare every single day for me over the last decade. I have seen at least 100 different people who continued to inject Botox into my forehead only making it worse. When I had my first appt at Aria I was greeted with an extremely warm welcome. From the front desk right down to the owner. After talking with the owner for over an hour about my forehead and how much I hated it she tried doing a treatment on me but she started slow and did not charge me nor did she go overboard and inject to much. The owners son is also a Veteran and from the second I walked in I felt that I was treated like family. I revisited Aria 2 weeks later and instead of them doing more Botox or charging me for unnecessary treatments she determined it would be better if I was referred to a friend of hers for a plastic surgery consultation. This was only 2 months ago. I am sitting here today with all of the shrapnel and scar tissue removed from my head, my eye brows back to their normal place, my vision is so much better, there is no weight on my eyes and I am way more alert. Very quick recovery. This is something no plastic surgeon, med spa or the VA has suggested to do for 10 years nor did anything they try work. Every single time I had a headache or could not see it reminded me of my time and accident overseas and it always ruined my day and I always wore hats to hide it. My forehead and eyes look amazing and I look ten years younger and feel so much better. I’m writing this review because I have never had an experience like this with a business from where from the second I walked in the front door my needs and my happiness where number one to the entire staff. Not selling me, not doing unnecessary treatments but making sure I was happy and it was affordable. If I could give them 100 stars I would. The owner is amazing and my last appt we spent an hour just chatting. It’s such a welcoming, honest and comforting environment and they do amazing work and if they can not help you they will definitely refer you to someone who can. I am returning to Aria for all of my comestic needs going forward and already have a few appts lined up for laser hair removal and some skin treatments. 10 out of 10 service. 10 out of 10 staff and I would highly recommend them for anything you need. At this place the customers happiness is number one and I’m not just saying that, I have witnessed it every single time I go in. The owner is the best. When she referred me out to have my forehead fixed I was told for ten years I could not get this fixed without a huge medical procedure and within a month her friend did an amazing comestic surgery and fixed it and I couldn’t be happier not having to look at my droopy, tired eyes anymore and it changed my life. It brought my confidence back. Just an amazing place with the kindest people all around. Thanks for everything! I look forward to seeing you guys at the end of the month.“
