“I contacted several places to see if they could repair the ignition tumbler in my car. The retaining pin had broken over time and the entire thing would slide out easily. Most only handled lock outs. CT Security Locksmiths said they could handle the repair, gave me a price range depending on what they would have to do and said they could confirm once they assessed it. They also offered to come out the same day. We scheduled for a different based on my availability. The locksmith came out at the scheduled time, confirmed what it would cost, took the tumbler back to their office to key a new one and came back and installed it. Everything was done within about 2hrs. Overall it was a good experience and they resolved the issue. This was for the from the Middletown location specifically. I would call them again for similar services.“
