“It was 95 degrees in July with an incoming thunderstorm when I realized the keys to my bike lock fell off my lanyard at some point while riding. So I was trapped at work and struggling to find a locksmith that would even entertain coming to help me out--most said opening a bike lock wasn't their thing.
