Whaling City Auto Group LLC has been proudly serving Southeastern Connecticut and Southern Rhode Island for over a decade. Filippo, the General Manager, purchased the business from the previous owners, Chuck and Romana Primus, and continues their legacy as the Dealer Principal of the new Whaling City Auto Group. Customers praise the friendly and helpful staff, including Travon (Trey) Brown, Nate, Aaron, Bruno, Kathleen, and Pam. The car-buying experience is described as easy and smooth, with the staff accommodating busy schedules and ensuring a pleasant process. Professional, superior service
Quick, flexible, mostly professional. I drove down from RI to look at a 2011 Toyota 4runner. Mitch was pleasant, not pushy and helpful in moving the process along. We ended up buying a car from them. Mitch ensured that all the paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner. He also coordinated the car dropoff to a local mechanic where I had arranged a pre purchase inspection. So far so good. One small gripe: the rear view mirror was loose, and we had asked for that to be fixed in the final detailing. However, this was somehow missed and we only noticed after we had left the dealership. A small detail omitted, but overall, a good experience. I wouldn't mind going back...read full review
