Excellent service and haircut. I would definitely recommend you come here and I am sure you will return for the haircut quality. The lady is extremely nice and easy to have conversations.

She is very nice, patient and listens to what I wanted, very satisfied with my haircut. Price is very fair, it is on the 2nd floor was a bit harder to find but the environment was nice and clean. Definitely would recommend!

许姐姐(xu jiejie) is amazing!! I have been going to Phil's for nearly three years now, and every single haircut I get from Xujiejie is perfect. She will also spend a lot of time to make sure your hair is just how you want it, so make sure to let her know if you want anything differently at all and she is always happy to fix it. Xujiejie is also an extremely kind person and talking to her always makes me feel better about the world. I have been learning Chinese for a few years and she is always very willing to help me practice and to tell me about Taiwan. I could not recommend Phil's more strongly! Xujiejie is a great barber and friend!
