The instructors are fabulous, especially with kids. They are patient and kind while still able to teach real skill across any age. There are many ways to engage outside of traditional classes, from camps, to clubs, to even self defense classes. They don't push you to compete if you don't want to, and each instructor is patient and helps you achieve your goals.
