“This is my third review written about Tracey Energy. I need service on furnace after hours. I called at 4:pm and they told me someone would be right out. Within 20 minutes they arrived. The service technician was David who knew right away what was wrong and replaced the parts it needed.“

“I had a gas furnace installed seven years ago by Cordone and Tonucci and it worked perfectly (without needing servicing) until yesterday afternoon (a Saturday) when it failed. I called C and T and received a call back within 15 minutes. Within an hour, Rich came and solved the problem, replacing a thermocouple (apparently they do wear out), and I have heat again. The emergency service was prompt, successful and performed by a charming young man. I can recommend C and T 100% because service like theirs is exceptional.“
