“John and his crew did a fantastic job repairing a chimney leak . I felt confident from our first meeting that John understood the problem and was capable of repairing it. Price was very competitive and I felt I was not being overcharged. He takes pictures of the problem and the work he does to repair said problem . He actually gives you a contract specifying the work and guarantee ,something not seen much these days. He guaranteed the work for 5 years ! He even contacted me to make sure everything was ok after the next rain storm. He's definitely my new roofing guy. Recommend very very highly“
“Brian has done excellent work in all our rental properties as well as in our own home in New Haven over the past 20 years. In addition to bathrooms, kitchens, outdoor decks, etc. he renovated a very rundown federal style house which we acquired recently, and restored it beautifully, including some very tricky structural repairs as well as new kitchens and traditional full tile bathrooms. For example, when I asked for an open kitchen, they right away knew exactly what needs to be done. “We are very happy with the job. We checked a lot of companies and Sunlight had the best price and was very responsive and knowledgeable. We had 28 panels @ 380 watts each = 10,640 watts. Cost per watt was $2.70 (Jan 2021 contract date), or $1.75 net of Fed tax credit and State rebate. System was rated at 8,862 kwh/year but actually produced 9,550 kwh in the first year. We had no generation charges for 7 out of the 12 months. Highly recommended!“
