Brian has done excellent work in all our rental properties as well as in our own home in New Haven over the past 20 years. In addition to bathrooms, kitchens, outdoor decks, etc. he renovated a very rundown federal style house which we acquired recently, and restored it beautifully, including some very tricky structural repairs as well as new kitchens and traditional full tile bathrooms. I wouldn't use anyone else.
