“Been going here over 9 years this time was totally different rushed, receptionists disrespectful rude concerned about future weather instead of focusing on me (customer) approached counter she looked at me said what? in condescending tone usually after doctor hands receptionist paper work need info for next step, her response I just got paperwork, and now I need next move let someone know I need to look at new glasses DUH! Asked if I had pictures taken again little confused why asked shouldn't she know by looking at paper work ? She tried to charge $43 I questioned charge then she looked oh it says zero! I drive twice 25 miles each way here because I use to feel important as a patient. When I make last trip to receive new glasses will look for new service closer to home with professional service places are dime a dozen they need satisfied patients for buisness success,jobs and survival. “I would recommend this office to everyone! The staff here are amazing and every year I get glasses I get so many compliments. Many of my coworkers now go to this office for their eye care. One of my staff members has a special needs son who gets overwhelmed when he is around other people. She asked me if My Eye Doctor would have staff come out to her car and adjust his glasses. I called the office and would you believe this staff member sent me a message today praising the care that she and her son received. She reported that Sharon and Sandra came to her car, and were so good with her son. She thanked me for recommending this office and sent me a picture of her son with a huge smile on his face.
