I was having a rough day and I took this class and it was wonderful!! Made me feel so much better and happier! I’m new to yoga but I’ve been an athlete my whole life and I gotta say it was a wonderful introduction to yoga! Jim was amazing!! Definitely gonna do this again!

Jim's private classes are great for yoga beginners. He is a very knowledgeable teacher who can tailor the experience to your individual needs. Every session left me feeling calm and relaxed. I would definitely recommend attending one of his public or private classes.
