I am very happy with my recent experience with Bathfitters of Milford. I initially went down to the showroom to get an idea of what was available. The 2 people there were very nice & easily answered my questions. Shortly after that Jacob came to my house to explain the process & assess my needs. His explanation of each step was precise & accurate. He was very helpful to be sure I made the right choices. I did end up wanting to change the wall I chose & as it turned out, I was lucky that he was able to accommodate me. He even kept my quick installation date, since he happened to have the item in stock. (I was lucky on that one!). It all went exactly as planned - plumber one day, install the next. All of the associates were very professional & clean which was great. I did wait too long to decide to get this done & am glad I made the right choice. I love the very clean look of the tub, tile wall & fixtures that I've gotten many compliments on. It's so refreshing! I really appreciate Jacob's professionalism & knowledge. He was great! The crew should be congratulated! Thank you all!
