“We just completed a multi-room renovation project with Bernier Building & Remodeling Inc. and are happy with the outcome. Our goal was to create a first floor living space so that we can age in this house. Jason and his team took our vision and made it a reality. The project consisted of renovation of : a living room with vaulted ceiling, skylights and a beautiful staircase that is now the centerpiece of our home; a master bedroom and bath connected to a screened room and front deck; and moved the laundry room to the first floor.

Jason coordinated the project from design through construction. He kept us apprised of the project progress throughout and completed on schedule. “We worked with Faros Design to design and build an addition onto our preschool center. This project presented unique challenges as the existing building was built in the mid-1800s and the construction would take place while the center still operated. They would also need to meet rigorous state and local standards for childcare facilities.The Faros team fully understood the task at hand and took great care to make sure at no time did they disrupt the operation and more importantly the children! They delivered on all fronts and left us with a beautiful new classroom for the children. “I purchased a home with the thought of making some minor change / improvements ie; Self demo, remove windows, walls add new kitchen, remove chimney. I am very comfortable with renovation and have done quite a few projects on my home in the past . I quickly discovered I was in over my head. Bill and his crew were remodeling a home down the street and I stopped in for estimates and Immediately discovered this man knew his stuff..the project grew to building essentially a new house with full dormer, bath rooms, family room addition, new HVAC ect. Bill is incredibly organized and plans five steps ahead. There was not a day wasted. His crew is a fine tuned machine. Bills constant communication via text email or cell eliminated confusion and errors. His build quality is top notch, I can go on more. I highly recommend Homestead Constuction. “we are being relocated to Florida and had to get our house painted expeditiously. Patrick was beyond wonderful. He came out within a 2 hour window of our conversation. Quoted the job on site and was ready to roll two days later. His crew is efficient and clean. Everyday the work spaces were clean and put together. The price was more than fair (if not an actual steal) for the amount of detailed work that was done in the time it was done in. Patrick oversaw every step of the way and did a completely walk through at the completion. He found a few flaws we didn't even catch! He had his crew return same day and make the corrections. He just completed a complex repair to my house, which involved opening a part of the siding; replacing a section of a rim joist, a few wood studs, a beam above a window, and a part of the window frame; and replacing a part of a drain pipe hidden in a wall that had been leaking for quite some time. I am a perfectionist, expecting perfection in everything done by myself or others. I am a retiree, and therefore had time to watch Paul working on repair. “Odd chimney odors and dusty air had been problems at our Milford home. Anthony took the lead in getting BBC Dryer Vent Cleaning Services arranged. He cleaned our dryer vent of grease, fixed mortar cracks in our chimney, and cleaned our air ducts. Additionally, he enhanced attic insulation and installed insect control barriers. Lastly, he fixed small leaks and examined the roof shingles. There is a noticeable difference: our energy bills are down, and our house seems safer and fresher. “I would like to write about the wonderful experience I had with Carpet & Tile By The Mile.
The wonderful owner, Denise, helped me navigate TWO Bathroom Renovations. From start to finish she made a very stressful situation easy and STRESS FREE. So refreshing to work with a company that is professional, priced competitively and actually shows up and does the work promised and more. Her service/installers were on time, neat and very accommodating.
From Tile choices, flooring, paint color, fixtures, vanity choice, and utilizing HER subcontractors made my life easy. Denise took time to work with me on matching colors, a theme, etc, helping me find vanities/light fixtures to order on line to help save costs as well.
Once bathrooms were done, I had them also do some painting and with her help I was able to find the perfect accent rugs as well.
Many years prior I used Carpet & Tile to install hardwood flooring in my home -which I was please with and years later it was freshing to see their quality of products has been consistent and just a great overall experience.“

“Great experience with Eastern Marble and Granite. I had difficulty finding a slab that was the look I wanted, and Abi was able to locate one for me out of state. Once we were ready for templating, they were able to come the next day and install appointment was just a few days later. I was very concerned about the sink seam being obvious, and their fabricator assured me he’d be able to match up similar looking areas of the slab, and he did! You can’t even tell there’s a seam unless you look super close. So happy with the finished product. Really happy from start to finish. Would use again, highly recommend!“

The salesman, Jacob, had many useful suggestions when asked for input. He worked around our schedule and came up with a great solution to a concern we had. Jacob met with us multiple times and spoke to us via phone until we were satisfied with decisions for outcome. There was no pressure while these decisions were being made by us.

We even stopped into the showroom multiple times just to look and were greeted by the owner and treated with no pressure but a willingness to answer questions if we had any.

The installers, Wenceslao & Igor, were knowledgeable, conscientious, polite and meticulous about cleaning up after themselves and making sure there was no mess in the house.
