They always took the time to listen to me and adjusted the sessions according to how I felt and what I was able to do. “My daughter has had a great experience in Pt at Focus, her therapist is wonderful and staff very kind. The only reason it's not a 5 star is the fact, the morning of her appointment she tested positive for covid and we didn't feel it was right to bring a covid positive patient into a rehab/medical facility and we had to cancel....the office still charged a 25$ cancelation fee! Doesn't seem like alot to most but a hit for us. She had been going for 10 months and never missed a session. That was very disappointing. Other than that the facility is wonderful.“
