This is my first time going through the process of buying a home. Paragon Property Inspections was recommended by my realtor. Bert was professional, thorough and friendly. He guided me through everything he was seeing and what concerns he saw. The report he gave me was extremely detailed complete with photos of what he saw. Hopefully I won’t have to go through this process again but if I do, I will definitely be calling Bert.
My fiancé and I are buying our first house and Bert was recommended to us by our realtor. He was super helpful, informative and responsive leading up to the inspection- which was very easy to schedule right through his website. Once we met, he was down to earth and extremely professional.
