the staff is always working.the woman was very informative about specific textiles.the machine priceswere 4.75 for a single load (room for a lot in the washers)and a quarter gets you 6 minutes and it took 1.75.if in cromwell i will washwell here again:)appreciate the services provided

My family recently moved to Cromwell and have not yet moved our washer and dryer over - we have been coming here weekly to do our laundry. Off the bat the employees were super helpful (I think it was obvious I’d never been to a laundromat before!) and took it upon theirselves to explain which machines were best for what we needed done, how to operate them etc. Always still so friendly when we go. The place is clean, everyone is happy, just has such a warm/cheery feel to the place

The white fitted sheets on the left were cleaned and folded by me; the ones on the right were done by the Laundry Room. If you can afford the small luxury of having your laundry done by this wonderful business, do it.I should also mention that I have 2 cats and 2 bunnies and everyone sheds like crazy. The care that these folk take in making sure that my laundry is cleaned to their standards - outstanding! They will go in and pick off the fuzzies!!!! Amazing service, amazing people, highly recommend.
