Thank you Eve and Associates for helping my daughter get her glasses repaired quickly. As a ICU nurse she wasn't able to come in and I was able to get them for her.. You made a bad situation into a good one. Kudos to great customer service..

Everyone that works there does an excellent job! The Asian lady that does the eye exam is very though. She wants to give people the best prescription possible. Staff for selecting frames are very helpful and professional and kind. Especially eve. :-) also your new glasses will come in pretty quick mine always come in.. in 5 days. Reading through all the reviews again notice that all the bad reviews are from people who are not originally American?

The staff is good as long as you stay away from the female sales associate. She is pushy and wont accept that you went in there on what ever budget you can afford. The other staff are great. just avoid her.
