I have been a patient of John Failla's for over 13 years. He's the absolute BEST optometrist I have EVER worked with. I followed him to the last office he's worked at and now at BJ's. I have been wearing the same glasses for the past 5 years and John is the only one who can fit and get me the lenses I can actually see out of out the door. He's a perfectionist, extremely knowledgeable, and the nicest guy I've ever worked with in any doctors office. You can count on getting the best service, fitting, measurements and everything in between. I WILL NOT have anyone else make glasses for me.
