Jared did a great job of getting our house sold on short notice! He was recommended to us by friends, and turned out to be a really solid recommendation. Back in the beginning of November, 2024, me and my fiancé Danielle decided to go and look at a house that we saw on Zillow. We were about 99% sure that there was absolutely no way that we were going to ever be able to purchase a home but figured just talking to someone would not hurt. Michele was the realtor that met us at the property and when we told her our situation and that we hadn’t even talked to anyone about being pre-approved, she gave us Jason Verraneault, of NorthStar home loans contact information and said that they were the best people to talk to. Jason was extremely helpful and he walked us through the entire process and before we knew it, we were out looking at houses with Michele! By the time the week of Thanksgiving came around, we had looked at multiple homes and there was one that we had seen that made us sure of two things, 1- we absolutely loved it and 2- there was absolutely no way on earth that we were going to get it. We said that to Michele, and she said that there’s no reason not to try, so we put in an offer and then the night before Thanksgiving, around 5pm, I heard my phone receive a message from Michele. The text message said “Sooooo…” and a couple minutes later she said “They are taking your offer congratulations! We were absolutely blown away! Michele was extremely hardworking, knowledgeable, professional, honest, sweet and beyond helpful throughout the entire process, both during and after. We cannot stress enough at how amazing she is! I have gotten my nails done there so many times. The staff are lovely and have never said no to anything I've wanted done.
I do notice that after about a week of having the acrylics the did they start peeling off around my nail bed.

i got my cartilage pierced yesterday by johnny, hands down the fastest and most painless piercing i’ve gotten. from sitting down in his chair to getting up it had to be less than 2 minutes. and it’s been almost 24 hours since and i feel absolutely zero pain so far. and very very minimal swelling. he also pierced my septum about 2-3 yrs ago and that one also healed perfectly and very fast. he was also very kind and welcoming, great costumer service! definitely will be going back to him for any piercings from now on.
