My name is Justin, I'm the pastor at Knotty Oak Baptist Church in Coventry. We just had practically a full roof replacement and some steeple work done and hammerhead was great through the whole process. Explained everything. Pictures of what need to be done? What they were going to do constant communication throughout the whole process. When they finally got to the job site they were quick efficient again. Communicated what they were going to do when they were going to leave. The whole process was seamless. I recommend hammerhead for whatever job you need, whether big or small.

Really pleased with the experience I had with Berkeley’s today! I have a LARGE long haired kitty who was having some sanitary problems I was not successful in grooming/removing myself from his rear. He needed a sanitary shave down and it took Berkeley’s 2 minutes to fix him up, we were in and out. His rear has never looked better and he seems much happier, no more scooting across the floor. I highly recommend this groomer!!

We tried a local roofing company in Danielson and they did not have the loyalty to walk with us through all of our solar issues first in order to later access the roof that needed to be done because of solar damage.
James waited, came multiple times to inspect, give advice and recommendations at no cost. This man even brought his personal lawn mower to our home to ensure the grass was short enough to collect all the roofing nails after the job was complete.
We will only recommend him to our friends and family.
I was not prepared for the quality and professionalism of Sunshine window cleaning. Bob was a real pleasure to work with and showed up right on time which is so unusual these days. Our windows and blinds look fantastic. I’m not willing to take the risk of climbing ladders for our 2nd story windows and Bob made it look easy and I just can’t say enough about this company. Excellent selection of plants, trees and vegetables! We were impressed with the extensive selection. It is now called Sage Garden Center. This Garden center just opened under new ownership and on Saturday they handled the crowds very. Worth a trip to see what appears to me to be an expanded selection.
Sophie is a 10 year old military service dog, with a knee injury and bad hips. We pre-paid for laser joint treatments, showed up 15 minutes early, checked in, and were ignored for 45 minutes. The poor dog. She's in agony, and you OVERBOOK, AND TAKE EVERY WALK IN, INSTEAD OF HELPING SOPHIE. We put your KID through VETERANARY SCHOOL, after SIX YEARS of having THREE DOGS seen there, at premium prices. THIS is how you THANK a KENEALY KENNELS senior SERVICE dog??!! It's very sad, because the veteran is distraught now, and questions whether he wants another service dog after his experiences there. Devastating.

Fantastic school! My daughter has been asking to learn the violin for years, every school I’ve looked into is outrageously priced. This course offered was even affordable for a single income family including the rental. And the instructors are fantastic! My bean went in not even knowing how to hold a violin and walked out knowing three songs in 5 weeks with only one hour a week. We will be continuing her violin here. I absolutely recommend!

I hired Posh Detailing to detail my husband’s Corvette as a gift to him for Father’s Day. I cannot express enough how happy hubby is with the work that Posh did. I went here yesterday for the first time ever and got the best haircut I have ever had. A young stylist named Eva gave me a cut that not only boosted my confidence but complimented my curls beautifully. I will be going back and requesting her the next time I need my hair done.
My husband and I had a list of quite a few repairs for our home. We hired Girls N Tools to repair the back of our garage by installing special moisture proof boards, scrape and paint the gutter area in front of the house, install a new back door, miscellaneous exterior house painting and to repair and paint the dining room ceiling. Jess promptly came by and made a reasonable estimate. The detailed estimate of the repairs was emailed to me. In less than a month, David was at our home, performing the work in a professional manner. He was very friendly and courteous. His work is outstanding. Jess stopped by too. Bob came by to make sure all the materials were on hand and that the job was progressing smoothly. They did all the work efficiently and with great care. Bob even came by the next day to check that everything was done to our satisfaction, which it was. We are now considering having Girls N Tools replace our upstairs windows. We highly recommend them.

I haven’t gotten my hair done at a salon in over 5 years, so deciding on one was really difficult and then I came across Molly! The vibes in Mandalay are so fun and welcoming, I really enjoyed my experience. Molly did an amazing job with my long hair, it’s exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend and will be scheduling again.

Our hot water heater kicked the bucket on a holiday evening, so I left a message expecting to hear back the next day, and then have to wait a few days to get scheduled. The owner actually called me back the same night, and moved some things around to get us on the schedule for the next day.
He sent Derek over that morning with a new tank, and it was installed and running within a couple hours. Derek had a great attitude and customer service.

Update: I received a phone call from the manager the following day who explained how several delivery trucks had broken down or stuck in the storm. She immediately arranged for delivery despite the deep snow along with an apology from her on the company’s behalf.
