I’ve been going to TBPY for almost a year now and I love it!! Nicole is amazing , the workouts are challenging and you leave feeling accomplished. I’ve done the remote and in person classes and feel very safe while in the studio. There is an air purification system, plexy-glass dividers, cleaners and sanitizers.
The studio is so welcoming and Nicole is an amazing instructor. She really takes the time to make sure your form is correct so you’re getting the best workout. Will definitely be back!
Nicole is wonderful! Knowledgable trainer, super personable and her P.H.I.T program really is one of a kind. The classic mat classes are great as well. If you're looking to ENJOY your workout and train with some really great people, this is definitely the place!
