I just visited Oateney for the second time for a Brazilian wax, and she is, by far, one of the most professional, efficient aestheticians I have ever visited. She was done in 20 minutes! Her technique with the hard wax achieves a nearly-painless experience, while also making me feel at ease. I have been getting Brazilian waxes since I was 15, so I'll usually just pick up a coupon or Groupon when they're offered by well-reviewed, respectable businesses (in lieu of doing it myself.) In the past 19 years of doing this, I have had some hellish experiences! (Places with just a folded partition in the corner to block naked bodies from a busy salon, another woman in New Haven who waxed BETWEEN my lips multiple times, one lady wore kitchen rubber gloves, which stick to skin ). So I am the person in my friend group vetting waxing establishments After my 1st appointment with Oateney, I have told every friend since that Ollure is my new go-to. And the manicure/pedicure offerings were detailed and numerous! I can't wait to go back for those appointments!

I actually never got my hair done by this woman, her name I think is Lisa, who works at the salon.
But I have to commend her sheer ability to be a kind person with patience and overcome and obstacle for someone who she doesn’t even know - nor was I being styled by her .
I was on the hunt for a stylist for my aunt. Who’s there in Hartford Connecticut on a retreat, and she needed her hair bleached today (the same day). It was a shot in the dark.
Lisa answered the call when I called her salon and told me that she doesn’t do coloring, but she spent about 20 minutes helping me try to find a stylist for my aunt who can bleach. She did not have to go so above and beyond. She literally just could have told me “I don’t do coloring” and hung up the phone.
And even within the call she was just so kind and authentically her New York self. She won’t actually know the way she touched my heart today as I am going through a very hard time in my life but just by her taking the extra mile to help a stranger out restored my faith in humanity at least for another day and I promise to pass it along.
Thank you for everything. You are a generous soul and I wish you nothing but the best.

Found this location on google maps, luckily Dev was open on a Sunday and able to get us in. I took my 16 year old son for a fade, booking an appointment was easy and the place was clean. I loved how my sons haircut came out and let’s just say my son was feeling himself the whole car ride back home Jaja. Will definitely be coming again. Definitely recommend.

Great job. Massage was detailed and thorough. My toes were treated like guitar strings. Massaged up and down. Legs, arms and neck were taken care of with detail. The several times I went there there was a different provider. They are all in a league of their own. I'm going to make it a bi-monthly visit. It helps Me to keep going at work.
I absolutely love this place! My second tattoo from Witchhouse is now fully healed, and the whole process working with Courtney from design to finished work couldn't have been better. Honestly if they'd let me I'd probably stop by semi-regularly just to watch movies in the waiting area...

Normally at other facilities I’m annoyed after receiving a massage because before you can get out the door the staff is pressuring you to book the next one but not here. Kirk was very respectful and did not push or try to oversell. He kindly showed me the rates and gave his recommendation on how to treat my aches and pains going forward and left the rest up to me which I truly appreciated. His works speaks for itself!! Many other massage facilities have tried to convince me to come back but I won’t be available because this is the only place I’m going to from now on and it will definitely be soon!!
