I had a pedi and my feet still feel good 2 days later. I like my pink toes. Several things could be improved. Personnel need to learn more than a few words in English, foot massage should focus a bit more on the bottoms of the feet, and when people are parked in front of the toe polish drier they should be told how long to sit there and not just left there. But generally it was a good experience and I will go again.

Had such a wonderful experience here. After another local salon messed up my nails, I was able to get in at Mermaid Nails immediately and they did a beautiful job fixing my nails at a very reasonable price. Will be going back for sure!

I got a gel pedicure about a week ago and it was great except for a couple things. They used a callous remover on the bottom of my feet and while it made my feet softer initially, they didn’t scrub away all of the dead skin so my feet have kind of been peeling in the spots they didn’t exfoliate properly. Nothing a pumice stone at home can’t fix, but I shouldn’t have to scrub my feet a couple days after a pedicure. They also didn’t take care of one of my ingrown nails properly so it’s starting to hurt. Other than that, it was great.
