I had an absolutely amazing experience here and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the employees were incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. He cleaned my suede flats perfectly - they got some stubborn blood-like stain at the back and I was worried that it would be permanent until I found this nice shop.The only thing is that I wish he could be clearer about the little fee added to the cash price when you pay in credit card.
My favorite boots were entirely shot and I was about to toss them. I found Tony online and figured would give one last shot— he took them and entirely rebuilt the boots, new soles inside and out, recreated the stacked heel to just right height. They look worn in and brand new at the same time— I love them now even more than before!
