Wonderful family and incredible service. Fun to visit, check out the vintage sewing machines etc.. I had a very salty leather satchel that was worn and missing some fasteners. They restored it superbly.
Top notch all the way! It's getting rarer and rarer these days to find true master craftsman when it comes to things such as shoes but George is that and more. He is honest, straight forward and knows shoes! If a shoe isn't not worth repairing rather than just taking your money he'll tell it's not and spend the time to explain why.
