The J House is truly an understated gem in Connecticut. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional customer service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed, valued, and cared for. It was honestly the best hospitality experience I’ve had since before COVID.

You can immediately tell that guest satisfaction is a top priority. The owner of Tony’s Restaurant is highly visible and clearly invested in creating an outstanding customer experience throughout the property. That level of leadership and attention to detail makes a noticeable difference.

The J House is hands down the cleanest, most comfortable, relaxing, and amazing hotels we have stayed in to date. We visited for the weekend for my birthday and everything was incredible. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, we loved the bidet toilet and the mirror TV! The on site restaurant was terrific, room service was impeccable with a great selection. The Spa was amazing and we got the best massages EVER. The whole place is outstanding especially including the staff. We can't wait to return again!

We had a very nice weekend stay at the J House. We were going to concert at the Capitol Theater in Port Chester NY and choose the J House and were very pleased. It was about a 15 minute drive to the concert but we did a lot of stuff in Greenwich before the concert on Sunday night.
The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable including the bed and pillows. The room was full have high technologies, the lights, window shades and even the toilet had a heated seat. Very cool. But best of all was the customer service. We ended up leaving some medication by mistake in the safe. When we called them they right away helped out and got it in overnight...read full review
