“Development steps has been an excellent resource for our little one. We started by attending a free tummy time class where the staff could quickly tell our daughter had some tightness that was making tummy time unpleasant for her. We started seeing Emma at the PC location and week over week we made great progress. We worked on rolling, crawling, pulling up and now walking. Emma is great to work with and so patient and sweet with our daughter. We have had such a positive experience with Developmental Steps and highly recommend it.“

“Jon is the best therapist in glen cove. I was skeptical about using a therapist because I didn’t know what to expect but Jon made such a difference to my knee. I couldn’t walk after my miniscus surgery and within 2 weeks I was walking without crutches . Each time I come here I feel like part of the family. He takes the time to really listen to my concerns. “Dr. Jacobs is professional, personable and understanding. I came to her office with extreme back and neck pains, I walked out in a lot less pain and feeling optimistic about my pains issues. Long story short I am now able to walk on the treadmill for over 30 minutes without pain, I am able to bend down to tie my shoes. I am able to perform basic household chores without stopping and taking pills that will make you sleepy or unmotivated. I have stop popping painkillers, she has changed my life. Her staff is friendly, attentive and kind. I have been to chiropractors before, however Dr. Jacobs listens to her patients in order to make a difference in their physical health. Great job, in creating an atmosphere where you patients feel comfortable and confident in the care that they are receiving!“

“I’ve been training at Prime Performance pretty much since it opened.I love working out with my trainer Brandon Brown because he incorporates more than one method. I get bored easily and need to be challenged. I love weight training and hate cardio. That’s why Brandon introduced boxing to me, which I fell in love with since it covers pretty much everything (strength, technique and self defense).Brandon is wonderful, easy to work with , motivates me , understands my training needs and my goals. “Working with Ed has been incredibly helpful and truly transformative in my recovery from a herniated disc and bulging disc. After regular PT stalled, multiple doctors told me I’d likely need surgery to ever regain full strength and relieve my pain. After just a few sessions with Ed, my pain had improved from a 9 down to a 2 (if not better), and my pain and strength only kept improving after that.
