“I've known Jeff for over 20 years, first professionally and then socially. I have always found him to be one of the most ethical and honest contractors I have worked with. He goes out of his way to make sure the products suggested and the installation options provide the most value for my budget. This includes a full house window replacement, sliders, and storm doors. He has a lot of "pull" with his manufacturers and that became evident recently when I had fogging of a side-light window panel that was installed a few years ago. I was hopeful it was under warranty (it was), but not expecting Jeff to have the manufacturer come out and replace it. Above and beyond my expectations! I could not be happier with the products and services from Arrow Windows and highly recommend them!“

“I had a terrific experience with the Nu-Face team, who replaced the siding on my house in West Hartford. I got three quotes from different companies, and the sales rep Peter gave me a good price while also sending me the offer to review on my own time. Other companies were pushy about asking me to sign on the spot, and only after comparing was it apparent that their offers were not as good. I took this as a sign that Nu-face would be responsive to questions later and indeed the whole team was very professional. I also appreciated that once the work started they were able to complete the siding and gutter replacement in only 1 week (though my house is on the small side). This kept me from having a dumpster blocking my driveway for an extended period of time. Reggie and the crew were friendly and also took care of extra things I hadn't thought about, like changing the bulbs on lights mounted high up near my roof, replacing water-damaged panels they found under my siding, and adjusting the window mounting that was the source of the water leak.
