I've known Jeff for over 20 years, first professionally and then socially. I have always found him to be one of the most ethical and honest contractors I have worked with. He goes out of his way to make sure the products suggested and the installation options provide the most value for my budget. This includes a full house window replacement, sliders, and storm doors. He has a lot of "pull" with his manufacturers and that became evident recently when I had fogging of a side-light window panel that was installed a few years ago. I was hopeful it was under warranty (it was), but not expecting Jeff to have the manufacturer come out and replace it. Above and beyond my expectations!...read full review
Jeff and his father (sadly passed) have been a fixture in Bristol for many years. They guaranteed their work and provided quality service which Jeff carries on in the family tradition.
