Last year we hired Action Windows to replace all the windows on our house with OKNA double hung, triple pane windows. Action did a phenomenal job at a great price and completed the work several weeks ahead of their initial estimated timeframe. The OKNA windows are very high quality and they look great.We quoted seven different window companies and Action Windows was the lowest price by a significant margin. They were the most transparent about their pricing and even invited us to their West Hartford office showroom to look at some of the windows in person before buying. The owner is very easy to get along with. They include a (3) day cancellation clause. (We got it)The windows are fine and we got them during COVID so there was a 3 month wait, and we weren’t angry. I get it.The installer wasn’t easy to get along with.He had to return to fix the first window he put in, and it came with an attitude.Then some lady calls and asks for our opinion and I told her. I also said this is our second time ordering, so take the criticism and use it to do better.We never heard from her again because of (1) negative remark.We planned to get basement windows this summer but they blew us off because of the installer being rude.“It’s your houses...read full review
