“JC Tonnetti Window Company:THIS IS THE ONE! Fantastic.5 STAR. I am a stickler for perfection, trust me! I spent time interviewing 4 window companies to replace very old windows in our 1929 beach cottage in Madison Connecticut. Probably the same that most people see advertised. Although I replaced windows in another home, consumers really don’t know much about something they don’t do very often. We all start with trying to get the price, (that’s really dumb because you might get “new” really subpar windows which probably weren’t much better than what you replaced!) this wasn’t the lowest quote and they weren’t the highest quote - but they were absolutely THE BEST. The product is great but it’s all about the installation and this was superior. Even the added detail of trim work they did to the windows was flawless. The Harvey windows from J.C. Tonnetti are excellent and have a sleek look as well. With a 20 year, (and transferable to a new owner) you have super security. But the thing that truly made me feel that this company was the best was the incredible attention to detail, knowledge and experience that EACH worker had. Luke,Gilmo,Matt,Carlos and Mauricio were amazing. They never stopped doing some small detail during the removal installation and cleanup and they did so in the neatest, kindest, and most professional way. This company is OUTSTANDING because the people are outstanding. Honest, dedicated, hardworking, experienced and will fix anything that might come up. “Rosa Home Improvement installed two storm doors for us. Paul Rosa, the owner, came to the house, measured for the doors, then sat down with my one, and only with a brochure. She picked the style, and is no fool about tech specs having been on many Habitat for Humanity builds. I was at work. During this time of pandemic and supply shortages, Paul, none the less got the two doors in considerably less time than expected, and one of his men installed them while we were away. Paul came back a couple days later to have a look, and did a little tweaking himself. Great work, great product, reasonable price.“

He goes out of his way to make sure the products suggested and the installation options provide the most value for my budget. This includes a full house window replacement, sliders, and storm doors.
