I've never felt rushed or left the office doubting her concern for my children. The office has alway been clean and presentable even before Covid protocols. This location is one that I feel going to.“

375 Willard Ave, Newington“I use this location for my PCP and to get blood drawn at the adjacent lab. The wait is not too bad for the doctors but the lab can be hit or miss. One time you may be the only one waiting and the next time you're spending close to an hour standing because they've removed most of the chairs (due to COVID). Obviously that's not their fault but it might help to have more than one phlebotomist on staff.“

She had no problem answering all my questions. Same with the lab tech in the same building. I have a huge phobia of blood work and the lab tech was so kind! She made a huge difference and really helped me relax.“

I had an appointment for my son but it was tomorrow instead Lilian did a terrific job trying to put me in so they could see my son that same day.
