I was, and have always been, extremely happy with my visit(s). Dr White and the staff are always pleasant, efficient and informative. There was very little wait time for both the technician and the office visit, they work together to make everything smooth for the patient. Between check-in, x-rays, and examine room I hadv5 minutes of down time.

Requests for medical records have to be done via an app called Pockethealth, there is a $15 fee that auto renews if you are not aware of this and cancel before the renewal. I have paid $30 in fees and ended up needing to physically into the office to pickup my records due to the receiving medical office was unable to open these files. I was charged $10 or $15 for the office to copy my records. These charges seem excessive and I question the validity of these charges.

I have been seeing Dr. White for approximately 3 years. I called this morning, and was able to be seen by Dr. White this afternoon. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room before seeing Dr. White. Dr. White is always an active listener during my appointments
