My experience at Agawam with Dr. Benjamin for a scheduled physical was good. The wait time was short and she does a good and through job. However, we still have unresolved issues from October. After an ER visit for an injury resulting in cellulitis on Oct. 16, I was told to make a follow up with my PCP in 2 days. But they wouldn't give me an appointment until Nov. 21. Since there was still significant swelling after being on antibiotics from the ER, I was concerned that there might still be infection. Since I couldn't get an appointment for a month, I called Trinity urgent care on Allen St. in Springfield. They flat out told me over the phone it's not considered urgent...read full review

My Nurse and PA took the time to talk with me and learn what I was doing to help my situation. From there they adjust prescription medication to enhance the entire solution. Taking the time to understand more than just test results is essential!Mike

My PA is amazing. He always treats me so well when I go in for a visit. Very friendly, thorough and always informative when I see him. I barely waited 5 minutes to be called in and the nurse that took me in, she’s great. Offered me a quick flu shot and very friendly. I have to say the visits to this location are improving over time and I appreciate that. Keep up the great work!
